TRIBUN-TIMUR.COM, MAKASSAR -Makassar needs more than 2 billion dollars to cover all infrastructure projects.
Chairman Regional Infrastructure Development Agency-Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Hermanto Dardak, said the development project focused on public transportation, main road, train, highway and others.
“As a developed city, Makassar needs more public transportation to connect to another side city. Most of them are under-construction in less than 20 percent,” Hermanto said, in Four Point by Sheraton, Makassar, Tuesday (8/9/2015).
Makassar government needs more money or loan from other resources to develop infrastructure.
“Many companies outside there are ready to invest. So, the government needs to re-consult about the detail itself,” affirmed Hermanto amidst the discussion in Makassar Investment Forum-ASEAN Mayors Forum. (*)
