Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.

• Min 2 – 3 years experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Proficient in design software (e.g. : InVision, Axure, etc.)
• Proficient in design project
• Having knowledge in C/C++, Java, Phyton, is a plus

4. Flow Designer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• Max. 40 years old
• Proven work experience as a Workflow Designer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role
• Having relevant work experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics
• Expertise in navigating through the layers of the Data Warehouse from the Integration layer all the way through the SQL optimization engine
• In-depth understanding of database structure principles
• Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
• Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
• Expertise in SQL and Oracle
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3.js and R)
• Proven analytical skills and great problem-solving attitude
• Having relevant work experience utilizing Data Vault, Inmon, or Kimball data architecture knowledge
• Experienced in working with TOGAF framework

5. Microapps/Microservices Designer

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
Max. 40 years old
Experience with developing large-scale distributed cloud systems
Led software development work streams inside larger projects
Proficiency developing in multiple languages – Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, C# and Go
Experience developing with microservices, serverless Functions, API Gateways, NoSQL, queues and more.
Automated test-driven approaches to software development
Experience of working in SCM and CI/CD-based environments
AWS associate developer or solutions architect certification
Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.

6. Database Designer

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
Max. 40 years old
Experienced in developing database solutions (SQL Server, or other)
Strong knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases, ETL processes, replication, cloud database services and shell scripting on
Linux and other modern technology platforms
Experienced architecting and developing database schemas and stored procedures
Comfortable creating highly scalable systems and frameworks
Possess strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Solution driven with ability to understand the big picture
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work autonomously with minimal direction
Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.

7. Scrum Master

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
Max. 40 years old
Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two year for a software development team that was diligently applying
Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g.: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration,
Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
Preferable having a national / international certificate from trusted institutions recognized by professional organizations.

8. DevOpsSec Master

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• Max. 40 years old
• Experience using Linux/Unix (CentOS or RedHat preferred)
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools: Ansible and Terraform
• Experience with Docker and Jenkins
• 1-2 years experience with cloud providers: AWS, GCP
• Experience with Java, Python, and shell scripting
• Must be detail oriented and exhibits a passion for DevOpsSec
• Effective communication skills, especially in a team setting
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Gradle, Artifactory, Vagrant, Vault, Packer
