Best Producer of the Year: Starr Chen, Howe Chen, RAZOR

Best Composer of the Year: PDOGG

Best Engineer of the Year: Kwon Nam Woo

Best Video Director of the Year: Lumpens

Best Choreographer of the Year: Kiel Tutin

Best Art Director of the Year: Yuni Yoshida

Voting untuk kategori tertentu telah berlangsung online sejak 24 Oktober pukul 18.00 waktu setempat atau 16.00 WIB hingga 3 Desember pukul 11.59 malam waktu setempat.

Perlu diketahui, kriteria untuk pemenang akhir MAMA 2019 adalah sebagai berikut:

1. Penghargaan Artist of the Year and Artist Category - 30% suara resmi, panel juri 30%, penjualan lagu digital 20%, penjualan album fisik 20%

2. Penghargaan Song of the Year and Song Genre Category - 20% suara resmi, panel juri 40%, penjualan lagu digital 30%, penjualan album fisik 10%

3. Album of the Year - panel juri 40%, penjualan album fisik 60%

4. Worldwide Icon of the Year, Worldwide Fans’ Choice Top 10 (Ikon Tahun Ini di Seluruh Dunia, Pilihan 10 Penggemar Seluruh Dunia di Seluruh Dunia) - 60% suara resmi, 20% suara media sosial, 20% penayangan video musik global

5. Best Music Video - 70% panel juri, 30% penayangan video musik global

Syaratnya, musik harus sudah dirilis antara 1 November 2018 dan 23 Oktober 2019.
