Responsibilities :

Cooking and service of food according to quality and service standards
Training of kitchen staff as directed by Head Chef
Receiving and storage of food
Safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas
Ensuring high levels of kitchen team performance
Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant
Assisting the Head Chef with schedule development

Qualification:

Excellent understanding of food safety practices and food hygiene practices
Self-motivated and perform with minimum supervision
Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Willingness to improve spoken and written English skills
Willingness to improve computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Willingness to improve computer skills in internet research and email
Good organizational skills, good memory
